Mrs. Munford created a calendar on the interactive whiteboard! We will now be doing calendar on the interactive whiteboard. Each week a new student will be the calendar helper.
Here is a game you can play at home! We are working on how many more for subtraction. Students each rolled a dice...they then had to figure out the difference.
We had a BLAST at our class celebration! The mismatched clothes were great, and we decided to keep playing with the play-dough and enjoyed some Oreos!
We used play-dough today for subtraction. Students rolled play-dough into balls- I then put a subtraction problem on the board. Students had to smash the part of the problem that was taken away to find the difference.
I added the interactive whiteboard as a Daily 5 center- students are able to do the activities we have done as a whole group in a smaller group.
The 4th graders are practicing writing letters, and they chose to write to us! We are in the process of writing our letters and some have begun to type their letters!
I created a sight word review on the interactive whiteboard. Students took turns spinning the wheel. Students then wrote the word in sentences and shared with a partner.
